Garrett Elliott

Our beloved son and brother, Garrett Tyler Edward Elliott, age 7, died Wednesday June 28, 2006 at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville. Garrett was born November 5, 1998 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma the son of Rorry and Amy Elliott. He attended Kindergarten at Copan Schools and was a member of Rose Hill Baptist Church where Vacation Bible School was special this year. His family was most important to him, playing and watching after his brothers, napping with mom, tinkering outside with his dad and of course swimming and his love of trucks. Garrett earned his nicknames "Gare Bear" because he was such a loving boy, always giving hugs. He also earned the nickname "Red Head Fred" for his bright red hair. Garrett will be remembered and loved forever. Garrett leaves behind his parents: Rorry and Amy Elliott, his brothers Taylor and Samuel all of the home in Copan, his paternal grandparents: Jerry and Naomi Elliott of Copan, maternal grandparents: Frank Morgan of Wann, OK, and Karen Morgan of Dewey, three aunts, three uncles, Mark & Susan Caley, Frank & Debbie Morgan, Bill & Lorie Kerr and five cousins. Funeral services will be Monday July 3, 2006 at 10:00 am at the Rose Hill Community Baptist Church with Pastor Orville Moody officiating. Interment will follow in Dewey Cemetery under the direction of the Neekamp - Luginbuel Funeral Home. Online condolences for Garrett may be left at www.honoringmemories.com.
