Gayle Towry

Gayle Edwin Towry, Grove resident, died at his home Friday morning December 25, 2009 at the age of 78 years. Gayle was born on June 1, 1931 in Bartlesville, OK to his parents, Bill G. Towry and Myrtle (Wohlford) Towry. He graduated from Rogers High School in Tulsa. After graduation, Gayle served his country in the US Army. Gayle had lived in the Grove area for the past 27 years and worked as a developer. He is survived by his family, sons, Terry Towry, Kenny Towry, and Gayle Dotts; daughter, Jackie Towry; grandchildren, Christopher, Afton, Taylor, Shasten, Callie, Haley, Gayle Jr., and Heidi; great-grandchildren, Hannah and Chyna; as well as many other loving relatives and numerous friends. Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday December 31, 2009 at the Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Harold Dodgen officiating. Interment will be in Olympus North Cemetery.
