Harold Huffman Jr.

Harold Lee "Butch" Huffman, Jr. 58 year old resident of Joplin, died early Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at the Freeman Hospital in Joplin. Butch was born May 14, 1952 to Harold Lee Huffman, Sr. and Neva (Dunbar) Huffman. He was a graduate of Miami High School. On July 14, 1983 he was united in marriage Linda (Cobler). Butch had worked for Pepsi for over 35 years in Vinita and lastly Joplin, he was a bulk driver. The family includes: his wife Linda of the home, his mother Neva Huffman of Vinita, children; Jason Huffman and wife Carrie of Pittsburg, Kansas, Jenny Rogers and husband Jeremy of Miami, Mark Hughes and wife Rashynda of Locust Grove; brother, Jeff Huffman and wife Brenda of Vinita; mother in-law, Nadine Cobler of Locust Grove; brother and sisters in-law, Larry Cobler and wife Carman of Locust, Lori West and husband Gary of Tulsa, Ladena Anderson of Locust Grove; six grandchildren, Dylan, Cobie, Kelsie, Logan, Xavier, Ryleigh, with another on the way, numerous nieces, nephews and other family surviving. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Lee Huffman, Sr., father in-law, Melvin Cobler and a brother, Jim Huffman. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Luginbuel Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Friday, January 14, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Luginbuel Chapel with Pastor Terry Wise officiating. Interment will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Vinita.
