Harold Rickey

Harold H. Rickey, Jr. went to be with our Lord on June 28, 2007. He passed in Grove, Ok. hospital. He was born November 13, 1936 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Harold H. & Gladys M. Rickey. They both preceded him in death. Harold was married to Vina Yvonne Craddock of Strawn, Texas from 1957 until 1970. He served in the US Military, Attended Rice University of Houston, Tx. He had also been employeed by Phillips Petroleum and assisted in the design of the easy pull lawn mower start. He worked for the Joplin Globe Newspaper for many years as a Sunday carrier and several years previously had been self employeed as a TV repair man in Zena, Oklahoma. Survivors include 2 sons & 1 daughter-in-law Jess Howell Rickey & wife, Kimberly of Strawn, Tx. Brice Lars Rickey of Glendale Az. 4 grandchildren: Jessica Mackey Walker of Brownwood, Tx. Cole Rickey and Shiloh Rickey all of Glendale, Az. 1 great grandson Koen Walker of Brownwood, Tx. Services are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Ok. Private Family Graveside Memorial Service to be held in Carthage Missouri at Park Cemetery
