Long time Vinita resident Hazel Marie (Langley) Hensley, age 73, died Sunday August 10, 2008 in Grove. She was born January 12, 1935 in Centralia to Robert E. and Mary Ann (Parkhurst) Langley. Hazel graduated from Centralia High School and married Bobby Joe Hensley in August of 1969. Prior to retirement, Hazel was employed at Eastern State Hospital for 25 years as a mental health aid. She was a member of the Family Praise Center of Vinita. Hazel is preceded in death by her parents, husband Bob Hensley on April 10, 2007, brothers Orville Langley, Henry Clayton Langley, and A.D. Langley, and sisters Loretta Ivie, Olla Mae Langley, Nadine Langley and Irene Langley. She is survived by her sons Harold and wife Mikala Hensley of Adair, Bobby L. Hensley and Kenny J. Hensley of Vinita, Billy Hensley of Granite, Loyd and wife Marie Hensley of Afton, and Marty Hensley of Vinita. She also leaves behind her sisters Faye and husband Jack Davenport of Centralia and Colleen Lucas of Grove, 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday August 13, 2008 at Luginbuel Chapel in Vinita. Funeral services will be held at Snider Cemetery near Chelsea at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2008. Services provided by Luginbuel Funeral Home.
