Helen Landwehrle

Helen M. Landwehrle, age 76, died peacefully with her sisters at her side, Sunday morning December 1, 2013. She was born on March 26, 1937 in Weehawken, New Jersey to her parents, Francis Xavier and Florence Cecilia (Gomez) Landwehrle. Helen worked as a Home Health Aide for over 20 years. She recently moved to Grove from New Jersey to spend time with her sister Rose. Helen loved to read, play bingo, work crossword puzzles, and sew. She is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, John and sister-in-law, Agatha. Helen leaves many loving memories with her family; son Joe Landwehrle; sisters, Rose Gaziano, and Sister Florence Landwehrle; brother, Francis Landwehrle; granddaughter, Amanda Landwehrle; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation and viewing will be Friday December 6, 2013 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM with a funeral service celebrating Helen's life following beginning at 11:00 AM in the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Alex Kennedy officiating. Memorials in Helen's name may be made to the Grove Human Society. Services are entrusted to Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home of Grove.
