Henry Edwin Rahm

On March 19, 2025, Henry Edwin Rahm, age 93, passed away at Medicalodges in Dewey, Oklahoma.

Henry was born on August 7, 1931, to Hubert Edwin Rahm and Ruth (Finnegan) Rahm at the Rahm Ranch in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He attended Dewey Public Schools and was a graduate of the class of 1950. Henry was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in Guam and Japan during the Korean Conflict.

Henry worked as a lineman for Southwestern Bell, living in several communities in Oklahoma throughout the years, including Miami and Perry, as well as living in Alaska for a short time. In the 1970s, he moved back to the Bartlesville area.

Henry enjoyed being outdoors. He loved to go camping, hiking, and fishing. He served as a Boy Scouts leader in the past and was active in both the Dewey First Christian Church and Town & Country Christian Church.

He married Claudette Rahm and they shared many wonderful years together before her passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Hubert and Ruth Rahm; his wife: Claudette Wells; his son: David Rahm; his sister: Lola Thele; and his grandson: David Christopher Rahm.

Those left to cherish the memory of Henry include his children: Thomas Rahm and wife, Jodi of Tulsa, OK, Andrew Rahm of Tulsa, OK, Ruth Keller of Pawhuska, OK, and Mary Shoonech of Bartlesville, OK; his 7 grandchildren; his 12 great-grandchildren; and his 3 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation for Henry will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. A funeral service in the chapel at Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM with Pastor Devin Shoonech officiating.
