Funeral services for Irene Lunsford are Friday, 11:00A.M., September 20, 2013 at Benjamin Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Tim Nelson officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Talala. A family visitation will be held Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Online condolences may be left at www.honoringmemories.com. Irene Emma Lunsford passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at the Heritage Villa Nursing Center in Bartlesville. She was born July 25, 1922 in Pitkin, Arkansas to Bill and Leota (Snider) Titus. On February 7, 1958 she married Huston "Bill" Lunsford in Durango, Colorado. Irene was a homemaker and loved caring for her husband, children, and grandchildren. She spent many hours reading and cooking. Irene was of the Baptist Faith. Irene is survived by her husband, Huston "Bill" Lunsford; four children, Allen Timbrook of Claremore, Judy Thomas and husband Dick of Talala, Steve Lunsford and wife Deana of Claremore, Randy Lunsford and wife Kay of Nowata; a sister, Roberta Woods of Greenland, Arkansas, eleven grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Leota Titus; two brothers, Mack Titus and Jim Titus; two sisters, Reba Sparkman and Margaret Stewart; a grandson, Dusty Timbrook.
