Isaac Geoffrey Ashton Clay, age 35 and resident of Lower Lake, California, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2016, in Tyler, Texas as a result of an automobile accident. Isaac was born on May 7, 1981 in Walnut Creek, California. He was the son of Michael and Susan Clay. Michael and Susan moved to Nacogdoches, Texas where he received his early education. Isaac had returned to California approximately five years ago where he was living at the time of his death. Isaac enjoyed the outdoors and he loved to camp and live off the land. However, the most important thing in his life was spending time with his family. Survivors include his father, Michael Clay of Dallas, Texas; son and daughter, Cedar Clay and Isabelle Clay, both of Lower Lake, California; a brother, Zachary Clay and his wife, Mary Anna, of Dallas; his maternal grandparents; Bill and Joyce Webb of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; his paternal grandmother, Geraldine Clay of Dallas; Fred Clay, Jr. and his wife, Susan, and their daughters, Amanda Bensvedes and her husband, Angel, and Jennifer; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Dara (Webb) Clay; a son; William; and his paternal grandfather, Fred Clay, Sr. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tuxedo Assembly of God Church or donations can be given to an Educational Fund for the surviving children, 3503 Tuxedo Blvd., Bartlesville, OK74006. Come and go visitation for Isaac will be held on Tuesday from 9:00 AM-8:00 PM in the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home, 710 S. Dewey Ave. The funeral service will be held at Tuxedo Assembly of God Church on Wednesday, August 3, at 2:00 pm, in Bartlesville. Pastor Bret Luallen will be the officiant. Interment will follow the service in Memorial Park Cemetery.
