James Trask

James Malcom "Pete" Trask, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at his home near Cleora. He was born on September 12, 1923 in Huzzah, Missouri. Pete was married to Lenora Darlene Corliss in 1949. He worked as a truck driver for Yellow Freight Company for many years. Pete had also served many years as the Fire Chief for Cleora Fire Department. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II. Pete was preceded by his siblings, Cordell Trask, Lynwood Trask, Leslie Trask, Frances Nethington and Erma Lea Meintz. The family includes his wife Lenora Darlene Trask of the home, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. The life celebration Service for James M. "Pete" Trask will be held Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Cleora Fire Station #1. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita.
