Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home--Jay, OK--918-253-3222.......... Janet Louise (Kirby) Hendren, Jay resident, died peacefully at home Sunday March 2, 2014 at the age of 62 years. She was born on December 24, 1951 in San Antonio, TX to her parents, Junior and Noveta (Graham) Kirby. Janet attended Jay schools where she later graduated and went on to attend classes at NEO A&M. She studied to become a health care worker and later worked as a Home Health Care provider in the area. Janet enjoyed shopping, spending time at the creek, spending time with her family and friends, going to the flea markets, traveling and good food, as well as spending time with her dog, Mojo. She is preceded in death by her parents. Janet leaves many loving memories with her family, son, Bobby Hendren; daughter, Amber Mason; sister, Karen Fields; grandchildren, Trevor Hendren, Hudson Mason, and Jaxon Hendren; her best friend, Nancy Martin; nephews, Lance Fields, Mark Hendren, and Jimmy Heard; nieces, Caitlin Martin, Avery Martin, and Kathy Jo Jeffries; 4 aunts and uncles; as well as many other loving relatives and a host of friends. Visitation will be 6PM -8PM Thursday March 6, 2014 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay. Funeral Services will be 2PM Friday March 7, 2014 at First Baptist Church in Jay, with Rev. Bill Goldner officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Hermon Cemetery.
