Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma 918-786-2261. Jeanene Moore, 68, died on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at her residence in Grove, Oklahoma. Jeanene was born on February 13, 1947 in Ft. Worth, Texas. She was the daughter of Jack and Rosella (Foster) Mason. She was united in marriage on September 30, 1967 to Calvin "Cal" Moore in Emporia, Kansas. They moved to Grove in 2006 from Colorado Springs, Colorado. Jeanene founded the "Women & More" Bible Study group at Grove's First Baptist Church. Jeanene worked as a free-lance writer. Jeanene was a very devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a very talented lady. Through the years she played the piano, was a ventriloquist, seamstress, sang in a quartet at church and loved home decorating. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Karen Mason-Whanger. She is survived by her husband Calvin Moore of the home, and one daughter, Stephanie Wichert & husband Bret from Colorado Springs, Colorado , two sons, Renny Moore & wife Kristine from Colorado Springs, Colorado and Ryan Moore & wife Cassie from Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by her brother David Mason of Gallatin, TN, and sisters Susan Irwin of Emporia, Kansas and Lynda Vanderburg of Cleveland, OH, and numerous grandchildren. Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Grove's First Baptist Church with Reverend Jim Paslay officiating. She will be laid to rest at Olympus North Cemetery in Grove, Oklahoma. Family and friends may leave online condolences by viewing Jeanene's Book of Memories at www.honoringmemories.com. Services have been entrusted to Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma. Memorial donations can be made to the Building Fund for the First Baptist Church of Grove.
