Jimmie Blankenship

Jimmie Joe Blankenship, 73 year old Coffeyville resident passed away at his home Sunday, May, 1, 2011. He was born in Delaware, Oklahoma, July 18, 1937, to Jessie Lee and Opal Jewel (Sellers) Blankenship. He attended school in Delaware. Jimmie was a carpenter and enjoyed building things. He liked to fish and be in the outdoors. His family includes his children; Jimmy Lee Blankenship and his wife Julie, of Bartlesville, Debra Lynn Blankenship, of Bartlesville, Terry Dwayne Blankenship, and his wife, Jennie, of Coffeyville, Kansas, Pamela Wohlford, and her husband Richard, of Bartlesville, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and three sisters. One brother precedes him in death. Arrangements are entrusted to Benjamin Funeral Service of Nowata.
