Luginbuel Funeral Home - Vinita- 918-256-5555.... Jocelyn (Mattivi) Rollins Harper, 90 year old Langley resident, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016. Jocelyn was born on July 18, 1925 to Benjamin and Sylvia (Robison) Mattivi. She was raised in LaPlata, MO. She was married to Jack Preston Rollins, who preceded her in death in 1987, and then to Hervil Rudolph Harper, who preceded her in death in December of 2015. She is also preceded in death by her brother James "Buddy" Mattivi. Jack and Jo moved to Jenks, OK in 1948, where Jack was a Doctor of Osteopathy and ran a family clinic for many years. Jack retired and he and Jo moved to Langley in the Grand Lake area. Jocelyn is survived by her children: Terry Rollins and wife Mary of Lavaca, AR, Jerry Rollins of Tulsa, Vicki Mathews and husband Matt of Grand Lake, 2 grandchildren: Sonny Ennis and wife Ashley and Jackie Pyatt and husband Kenton, 5 great grandchildren: Lauren Anderson, Chandler Ennis, Reese Ennis, Kaden Pyatt, and Avery Pyatt, step children: Lavern Costa and husband Pete of Hilo, Hawaii, Gary Harper and wife Niommi of Broken Arrow, Mike Harper and wife Karen of Bixby, and Debbie Williams and husband Don of Beggs, OK. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday, February 29, 2016 at Otterbein United Methodist Church with Pastor Stephen Nation and Pastor Ben Pascoe officiating.
