Joe "J.R." Lindley, 85, of Bartlesville died Sunday, April 19, 2009 at Heritage Villa Nursing Center. Joe is survived by his wife Phyllis Lindley of the home, one daughter Linda Looney and her husband Don of Tulsa, Ok, two grandchildren Carole Baldwin and her husband John of Broken Arrow, Ok and Brad Looney of Los Angeles, California, two great grandchildren Chris and Cayla Baldwin of Broken Arrow, Ok. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bartlesville Carter Hospice, 3081 SE Washington Blvd. Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74006. Funeral services for Mr. Lindley are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday April 25, 2009 in the Colonial Chapel of the Neekamp-Luginbuel Funeral Home with Mr. Aaron Townsend officiating. Final committal rites will be accorded Mr. Lindley in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Bartlesville.
