John Lyman

Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay - John Lyman, age 63 departed this life on March 29, 2014 to enter his eternal life. John was a lifetime resident of Fairview in Eucha, Oklahoma. He enjoyed fishing, going to gospel singings and going to church when his health would allow it, and also watching his grandbabies play. He was a member of Tyio Baptist Church. He married Joan Smith on May 4, 1985. He was preceded in death by his wife Joan Smith Lyman, his parents, Walter and Annie Lyman, three brothers, Bill Lyman, Floyd Lyman, and Bob Lyman, One sister, Ima Lou Proctor, one niece, Chrystal Bird, one nephew, Ricky Hogshooter, and one great nephew. John is survived by his daughters, Johnann Lyman and husband Kevin, of Eucha, Oklahoma, Meridith Smith and husband Amondo of Colcord, Oklahoma, son, Bryant Smith and wife Stephanie, of Colcord, Oklahoma, four grandsons, Justus, Kahaan, Adia, Khristian, three granddaughters, Cheyenne, Shantel, Alexia two sisters, Joan bird of Eucha, Oklahoma, and Juanita Lyman of Eucha, Oklahoma. John will be greatly missed by many friends and relatives. Funeral services for John will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday April 4, 2014 at Tyio Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Steeley Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, 2013 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, Oklahoma.
