Johnny Blank

Jay, OK - Johnny Ray Blank, 47, died Friday morning, February 23, 2007 at his home in Jay. Johnny was born June 21, 1959 at Tulsa, Oklahoma to William Carl Blank and Bonnie Jean (Maynard) Blank. He remained in Oklahoma until he was age 7, then moved to California. Johnny moved to Jay in 1975. He worked at the Friendship Home Sheltered Workshop in Jay. Johnny also cleaned the DHS building, a job he truly enjoyed. He had attended Mt. Hermon Church and Jay Assembly of God. If Johnny met you once, he never forgot you. He enjoyed walking and loved going to Wal-Mart. Survivors are his mother, Bonnie of the home; his aunts, Becky Stevenson and Nancy Jones of Jay and Roseanna K. Pry of Hewitt, Texas; his uncles, Bob Maynard of Grove, Jack Maynard of Zena, Oklahoma and Jerry Maynard of Jay and numerous cousins. Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Monday, February 26, 2007 at Duffield Cemetery in Jay, under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay.
