Juanita Smith

Juanita Smith age 67 died Thursday December 10, 2009 the Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa, OK The daughter of Orval Bishop and Roxie Slate Bishop, she was born on September 24, 1942 in Bristow, OK. She married Louis E. Smith and he preceded her in death in 2007. Juanita had worked in Automated Mail in Tulsa for 7 years. Later working as a truck driver for Akins Foods for 7 years and C. F. I. for 12 years before retiring. She attended Dogwood Chapel. Surviving are Three sons Reggie Carrick, Mark Bradley, and Stephan McGinley Three daughters Sherry Caywood, Gale Collier, and Anita Gipson Two sisters Wilma Bingley and Letha Snell 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren Also proceeding in death were two brothers Kenneth and Jerry Bishop The funeral will be at 2 PM on Monday December 14, 2009 in the Dogwood Chapel. Interment will be in the Zena Cemetery. The services are under the directions of the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay, OK
