Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita, 918-256-5555........ Judy Lynn Herman, 58 year old Vinita resident, passed away late Friday, May 6, 2016 at her home. She was born on October 25, 1957 in Hollywood, California to Mary Elizabeth (Bakker) and John Louis Mosby, Sr. Judy moved to Oklahoma over 35 years ago from California and on June 16, 1989 she married Mitcheal D. Herman in Miami. She was a member of the Craig County Baptist Church in Vinita. Judy loved her grandkids and spending time with them, going to their ball games and Special Olympic events. She enjoyed working in her garden and yard, and cleaning her house. Judy was a huge sports fan, following the Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers, when she was in California she liked the Dodgers. She had worked at Goodfella's and Heartsworth House in Vinita. The family includes: her husband Mitcheal of the home; children, Tanya Adkins and husband Brian of Vinita, Elizabeth Nicole Simmons and husband Doug of Vinita, Matthew Herman and April Morris of Big Cabin; brothers, Henry Mosby of Tulsa, John Mosby, Jr. of Vinita, William Mosby of Cleora; grandchildren, Brooklyn Simmons, Katie McEntire, Samantha Adkins, Trinity Lehmann, Meghan Simmons, Trenton Adkins, Kylee Herman, Riley Simmons and Haydn Herman. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Rose Marie Mosby. The memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Craig County Baptist Church in Vinita, with Pastor Don Carden officiating.
