Arrangements have been entrusted to Benjamin Funeral Service. Julia Nell Anderson, 83, passed away Friday, May 6, 2016 at the Nowata Nursing Center. She was born October 19, 1932 in Lyman, Oklahoma, to Edward and Nettie (Rogers) Buck. She attended Nowata Schools. Julia married Don Anderson on March 3, 1949 in Nowata, Oklahoma. Julia enjoyed quilting and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Nowata. She enjoyed singing with the Golden Notes Choir when she was younger. Julia was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother. All of her family held a special place in her heart. She will be missed by all who knew her. Julia is survived by four children, Henry Anderson of Nowata, Jerry Anderson of Nowata, Donna Masters of Dickinson, TX., Ricky Anderson of Corpus Christi, TX; grandchildren, Jennifer Anderson, Jessie Anderson, Ryan Masters, Rebekah White, Rita McKenzie, Tamara Keeton, and ten great-grandchildren.
