Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita, 918-256-5555. -- Kenneth Neal "Casey" Bible, 87 year old well known rural Vinita farmer-stockman, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the Craig General Hospital in Vinita. He was born on December 25, 1928 in Chelsea, to James Edward and Mary Elizabeth (Ard) Bible. Kenneth attended Chelsea schools. He was married to Dixie June Mizer on July 19, 1949 in Claremore, She preceded him in death this past February. Kenneth was a member of the First Church of God in Vinita. He loved to go to Creed, Colorado to fish and hunt, it is also where he and Dixie went on their honeymoon. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Dixie, children, Janice Colleen Bible and Donald Ray Bible, siblings, Everett, Loyd, Leo, and Hugh Bible, Esther Land, Leona Crowe, Osena Frits, Dorothy Smith, and Florence Griffin, grandson, Jason Cole Bible, and great-grandchild Braelyn Bible. The family includes: children: David Bible and wife Nannette, Rick Bible and wife Sheryl, Jay Bible and wife Lorene, Patti Haire and husband Dale, Roy Joe Bible and wife Marla, and Curtis Bible and wife Tammy all of Vinita; 16 grandchildren: Lisa Brodrick and husband Ken, Justin Bible, Heath Bible, Jermy Bible and Laura Barnett, Eddie Bible and Mallory Hayes, Melissa Dixon and husband Chad, John Willis, Brad Bible and wife Cristin, Lauria Bible, Chris Bible and wife Adriane, Josh Bible and wife Megan, Amanda Bible, Ashley Bass and husband Adam, Matthew Bible, Alan Bible and wife Kelcie, and Ethan Bible, 17 great grandchildren: Alexis Brodrick, Braxton Brodrick, Briley Bible, Michael Bible, Dalton Hayes, Jayden Bible, Wyatt Bible, John Kenneth Dixon, Zoe Dixon, Jayce Dixon, Taylor Willis, Adrian Stipe, Halle Willis, Peyton Ayres, Trenton Bible, Benjamin Bass, and Regina Bass. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home in Vinita. The funeral will be held on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the First Church of God in Vinita, with Rev. Eddie Wrinkle officiating. Interment will follow at the Chelsea Cemetery.
