Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita. 918-256-5555. Kenneth Ray "Kenny" Skinner 74 year old resident of Eucha, passed away on Thursday August 24, 2017 at the St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. He was born on January 5, 1943 in Ketchum to Bill and Eva (Hammon) Skinner. Kenny married Sandra Gann on September 17, 1965 in Spavinaw. He was a 35 year employee of Craig County District #3, working for commissioners, Louis Smith, Peewee Smith and Dan Peetoom. Kenny ran a road grader for all those years. He loved OU Football, NASCAR, gardening, fishing and woodworking. The family includes: his wife Sandra of the home, two son's Tommy Skinner of Vinita and Billy Skinner and wife Tammy of Eucha; brothers Ted Skinner and wife Babe of Vinita, Lloyd Skinner and wife Sue of Sapulpa; grandchildren, Trevor Skinner of Eucha, and Cheyenne Skinner of Moore; numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and sister. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Monday August 28, 2017 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home in Vinita. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Cowboy Junction, with Pastor Wade Markham officiating. Interment will follow at the Ketchum Cemetery.
