Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home of Langley, 918-782-4400 -- Kraig Stewart "NAPA" Maxwell, 45 year old resident of Grand Lake, died early Sunday, October 12, 2014 at the Mayes County Medical Center in Pryor. He was born on October 21, 1968 in North Kansas City, Missouri to Harold Dean and Rondee Diane (Cochran) Maxwell. Kraig was a graduate of Camelback High School in Phoenix, AZ and had also attended a Technical College studying computers. He moved to Grand Lake and went to work for NAPA auto parts in Langley 11 years ago, and earned the nick name "NAPA" among his many friends and customers. Kraig loved riding his Yamaha Roadstar motorcycle, wake boarding, darts, boating and living the life around the lake. Preceding him in death was his mother. The family includes: his longtime girlfriend, Angela Marie King of Strang; his father, Harold Maxwell of Spiro; son, Bradly Adams of Strang; brothers, Kevin Dean Maxwell and wife Bronwyn of Phoenix, Kurt Steven Maxwell and wife Debra of Langley; sister, Kristy Maxwell of Ft. Myers, Florida; his dog "Rocky"; and numerous relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Tuesday evening at the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home in Langley. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 11:00 am, at the Grove Church of Christ, with Pastor Doug Rainbolt officiating. The graveside will be held at 3:30 pm at the Short Mountain Cemetery near Spiro, Oklahoma. Online condolences may be made at www.honoringmemories.com.
