Letitia (Lee) O'Brien 51, of Bartlesville passed away at 8:01 a.m. Saturday, December 27, 2008 at her home. Memorial services for Lee are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 2, 2009 in the Neekamp-Luginbuel Funeral Home Colonial Chapel with Kristy Rodgers officiating. Condolences may be left for the O'Brien family at www.honoringmemories.com. Lee was born on November 30, 1957 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Phillip W. Willett and Kathleen R. O'Brien. She graduated from the University of California Davis with a Bachelors' Degree in Community and Regional Development. She was recently named an Official Whiskey Taster from Jameson Factory in Dublin Ireland and a Senior Olympic Bowling Champion. Lee lived and studied abroad, enjoying her travels and experiencing different cultures. She was a life-long learner, an avid reader and a student of the world. Lee loved people and enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She was blessed with the pleasure of enjoying her young grandchildren Allen and Katie. Lee is survived by her son Logan Patrick O'Brien Peterson, her daughter Amy Elizabeth Peterson, her mother Kathleen O'Brien, her father Phillip Willett, four sisters: Cheryl M. Anderson, of Oklahoma City, Mandy Gabbert of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kristy Rodgers and P. J. Polk, both of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She also leaves nephews, nieces and a world of friends. Cremation services are under the direction of Neekamp-Luginbuel Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to: an educational trust fund set up for Lee's Granddaughter - Katie: Oklahoma College Savings Plan; mailed to Suzanne, in c/o The Solo Club, 404 South East 2nd Street, Bartlesville Oklahoma 74005.
