Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home - Langley - 918-782-4400......... Linda Gay Humes, 68 year old Langley resident, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2015. She was born on September 6, 1946 to Lonnie and Geneva Cordray. On March 7, 1979 she was united in marriage to Glen Humes. Linda was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, has been an Eastern Star mother since 1993, always worked the Will Rogers Rodeo by making and selling programs, and in her younger days was a den mother for both her children's Boy Scout and Girl Scout groups. She enjoyed painting and crocheting blankets for her grandchildren. Survivors include her children: Don Bristol, Jr. and wife Carolyn of Sapulpa, OK and daughter Tammy Blevens of Langley, six grandchildren: Bradley Bristol, Jessica Bristol, Chase Spangle, Troy Blevins, Westley Blevins, and Ronnie Mitchell. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Glen. Viewing will be from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2015. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2015 at the Langley First Baptist Church with Pastor Davies Vanpool officiating. Interment will follow at the Wann Cemetery in Oologah.
