Lonnie Clarence Hoerning

Lonnie Clarence Hoerning, 84, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma passed away on November 6, 2023. Lonnie was born on February 06, 1939 to Clarence Lee Hoerning and Millie Emiline (Weaver) Hoerning. He grew up in Bartlesville where he attended and graduated from College High in 1958. After graduating he worked for Barlow Lumber Company and then for Reda Pump (now known as Schlumberger) where he retired from. Lonnie was an active member of the Jaycees Club where he visited many states and countries with the Jaycees Club. Lonnie also enjoyed collecting stamps and coins. Lonnie was an active member of the Spirit Church in Bartlesville. He loved Spirit Church and never missed a Sunday. 

Lonnie was preceded in death by his father Clarence Lee Hoerning, his mother Millie Emiline (Weaver) Milburn, an infant brother Carl Lee Hoerning, two sisters, Dorothy Ann Griggs and Karleta Mae Sisney all of Bartlesville.

Lonnie is survived by a brother Bill Hoerning and wife Carolyn of Dewey, a sister Nancy (Hoerning) Hollandsworth and husband Victor of Caney, Kansas. Lonnie is also survived by several nieces and nephews; Stacy (Hoerning) Copeland and husband Brian of Bartlesville, Emily (Hollandsworth) Ramos of Dallas,Texas, Sandra (Hollandsworth) Aguilera and husband Alberto of Caney, Ks, Terrie Griggs and Alice Griggs of Bartlesville, Ok. Paula (Munkirs) Wingate and husband Joe of West Fork, Arkansas, Teresa (Sisney) Medina and Lisa Sisney of Bartlesville, Ok. Vince Hollandsworth of Havana, Ks, Harold Sisney of Bartlesville, Ok. and Tom Griggs of Bartlesville, Ok. Lonnie is greatly loved and will be greatly missed.

Graveside services were held in White Rose Cemetery at 2pm, Wednesday, November 8, 2023, with Pastor Jason Fullerton officiating. Service and interment were under the direction of Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
