Luginbuel Funeral Home - Vinita - 918-256-5555..... Louis Floyd Bullard, 81 year old lifetime Cleora resident, went to his heavenly home on February 3, 2017. He was born on December 3, 1935 to Floyd and Thelma (Kauffman) Bullard. He graduated from Cleora High School in 1954 and went on to serve in the United States Air Force. On August 18, 1956 he was united in marriage to Beverly Jo Colvin. He was employed with Harding's Harbor for more than 25 years. He was in the dairy farm business but moved on to just raising cattle and horses, which he did until the day of his passing. He was a member of the Cleora School Board for 17 years as well as a member of the American Paint and Quarter Horse Associations. He loved to fish, raise horses, and raise a garden. Louis was loved by all. His love for people and children was apparent in his daily life, especially for his children and grandchildren. He loved to laugh and was famous for his jokes. He opened his home to many and influenced many lives with his hard work, giving heart, and love for life. Survivors include his wife Beverly of the home, son Jim Bullard and wife Debbie of Cleora, daughters: Dee Epperson and husband Greg of Vinita, Paula Jones and husband Dennis of Wagoner, Tammy Stockton of Muskogee, brother Merlin Bullard, sisters: Margie Harlan,Mary Williams and husband Joe, grandchildren: Tyler and Brooke Bullard, Jake Bullard, Taylor Iverson, McKenzye Iverson, Gus and Kaylee Jones, Callie Jones, Dustin and Andrea Jones, Danae and Casey Rebholz, Ashley and Chalk Beeson, Emily and Gregorye Epperson, and Justin and Liane Chambers, 10 great grandchildren, brother and sister-in-laws: Jim and Reva Colvin, Danny and Delana King, and Mary Schwartzlander. He was preceded in death by his children: Nanette and Janette Bullard, Timothy Floyd Bullard, parents Floyd and Thelma Bullard, sisters Jean Moody, Laquita Whisenant, Sue Thrash, and brother Bill Bullard. Celebration of Life services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at the Cleora School Gymnasium with Brother Dean Bridges officiating. Memorials may be sent to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
