Lovevanna Wiedower

LoveVanna Wiedower, 76 year-old Vinita resident, died Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at the Craig General Hospital in Vinita. Born February 13, 1931 in Vinita to Clarence and Irene (Watson) Heater. LoveVanna was a graduate of Sacred Heart in Vinita, as well as a beauty school graduate. She married John Wiedower on August 30, 1950 in Vinita. LoveVanna was a member of the Holy Ghost Catholic Church, the Hash & Break Square Dance Club, Cherry Reds, Meals on Wheels, and the Altar Society. LoveVanna's life revolved around her children and grandchildren. The family includes: her husband John of the Home, her children, John M. "Butch" Wiedower of Broken Arrow, Bob Wiedower of Tulsa, Lisa Wiedower of Ellinwood, Kansas, Tina Dixon of Vinita; her brother, Leroy Heater of Shawnee, her sister, LaRaine Sherwood of Vinita; sixteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Preceding her in death were her parents, two grandchildren, Mark and Ashley Wiedower. The Rosary will be Friday, July 13, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. at the Luginbuel Chapel. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2007 at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Father Alex Kennedy will officiate. Interment will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Vinita.
