Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK- 918-253-3222...... Lydia Foreman, passed away at Monroe Manor in Jay, OK on Monday, March 3, 2014 at the age of 81. Lydia was born on November 18, 1932 in Delaware County, OK, the daughter of the late Willie Cochran and Esther (Owens) Cochran. Lydia attended school in south Delaware County. After attending school, Lydia worked for a short time in the canning factory in Kansas, OK until she married Charley Foreman in 1964. Lydia was a fulltime homemaker for most of her adult life. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, hunting for wild onions, attending gospel singing, cooking especially making pies, going to yard sales and growing roses. Most of all she loved to be around her family. She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers: Lewis Cochran, Jess Cochran, and George Cochran; and one sister Maxine Nix. She is survived by one son Vernon Cochran and his wife Judy of Colcord, OK; five daughters: Faye Cochran of Kansas, OK, Rita Robbins and her husband Cecil of Kansas, OK, Anna Potter and her husband Wes of Colcord, OK, Rebecca Bishop and her husband Victor of Kansas, OK, and Belinda Sinor and her husband Troy of Leach, OK; 11 grandchildren: Craig Cochran, A.J. Robbins and his wife Joy, Will Cochran, Rance Escarcega, Ethan Sinor, Dylan Sinor, Jerome Potter, Chrystal Robbins, Cammi Turtle, Candy Cochran, and Taeya Bishop; five great grandchildren: Jordan Robbins, Brenden Robbins, Bailey Sixkiller, Shelbie Robbins, and Hunter Backward; one brother Walker Cochran and his wife Edna of Twin Oaks, OK; one sister Annie Lyman of Kansas, OK; and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral service will be held at the Twin Oaks Baptist Church in Twin Oaks, OK on Friday, March 7, 2014 at 2PM with Rev. Stanley Grass and Joe Christie, presiding. The burial will follow at Black Fox Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 6PM to 8PM on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the Twin Oaks Baptist Church in Twin Oaks, OK.
