Manford Vanover, 73 year-old resident of Bluejacket, died Wednesday, July 01, 2009 at the Craig General Hospital in Vinita. He was born March 8, 1936 in Eucha to William Taylor Vanover and Cleo (Cary) Vanover. Manford served his country from 1954 to 1955 in the United States Army. Graveside military rites will be held Monday, July 6, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Eucha Cemetery. Mr. Vanover will lie in state at the Luginbuel Funeral Home in Vinita on Thursday, then will be at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay. Arrangements are by the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita.
