Obituary Notice Luginbuel Funeral Home Wednesday 05/21/2008 Margaret "Louise" Wickham passed away May 19, 2008 at her home after a extended illness. She was born September 13th, 1924 at Lenna, Oklahoma in McIntosh County to Robert Thomas and Laura(Perry) King. In 1929 the family moved to Calumt, OK where she spent her first years going to a small country school through the 8th grade. Louise loved good country gospel music and her father Tommy could play any instrument by ear and she was blessed with a musical family. Louise later moved with her parents to Sapulpa, OK where she lived until she married Ross Creason in 1942. She moved to Washington State and began raising her two oldest boys Bobby and Jimmy Several years later Louise moved back to Sapulpa and married Jackie Dean Hughes and they had 2 boys Dean Ray and Larry Dean. Her husband soon died from a massive heart attack. She then met and married John Wickham on May19, 1962. Soon came the only girl in the family Jonnice Louise in 1963. She moved to the Ketchum area with husband John in the summer of 1968 so the children could attend church school and has lived in the area until her death. Louise along with being a house wife and raising 5 children worked out of the home starting with being a cook for Home of Hope in Vinita for 8 years until Larry started his own residential care home and convinced her to come cook for him which she did for 17 years until she was 75. Louise was a member of the Ketchum Seventh-day Adventist church where in her later years she was the director of the Community Services. Louise was famous for her home canned goods especially her pickles. Louise loved life and she enjoyed working in her yard, flowers and garden with John and always enjoyed working on her home made quilts for family and friends. Her home through the years was always open to other kids who just needed a good meal or a warm place to stay. She was mother to more than just her own children. Louise was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Loyd King and Preston King, sister Jusnita King, Son James Creason and grandson Sam Creason. She is survived by her husband John of the home, Son Bobby Creason and wife Pat of Sapulpa; Son Dean Hughes and wife Debra of Langley; Son Larry Hughes and wife Loretta of Langley; Daughter Jonnice Mason and husband Dean of Ashland City, TN. Nothing made Louise happier than her grandchildren who are Kim Jones, Bobby Creason Jr., Ron Creason, Clayton Creason, Jason Hughes, Robert Hughes, Justin Hughes, Brandon Hughes, Brian Busby, Amanda Busby, Dan Mason, Megan Klassen. Louise also had 13 great grandchildren. Louise was also blessed with many friends throughout her life including the members of the Ketchum church for over 40 years. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. in the Seventh - day Adventist Church near Ketchum with Pastor John Moyer and Pastor Perry Flerchinger officiating with interment to follow in Ketchum Cemetery under the direction of South Grand Lake Luginbuel Funeral Home.
