Margie Maxine Risman Cole - Daniel, 82 year old Ketchum resident, Went to sleep with Jesus on, December 22, 2012 at the Freeman West Health Center in Joplin. She was born on October 9, 1930 in Vinita to Dandy and Rachel (McCabe) Risman. Margie was a graduate of White Oak High School in 1948. Margie worked as a salesperson, selling Bible Story Books for Children; she was the number one salesperson in Oklahoma. She later worked as a bus driver and custodian for the Ketchum School for several years, until she retired. Margie was a member of the Ketchum Seventh Day Adventist Church since 1959. She was a Pathfinder Leader, and enjoyed working with children. She loved to garden, reading the bible and bird magazines. Most of all she loved the Lord. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, Lloyd Daniel Sr., two brothers, Eddie Ray and Dustin Risman and one granddaughter, Melanie Cole Davis, along with many loving friends. The family includes: her daughter, Kathy Beats and husband Tommy of Vinita, two sons, Rick Cole and wife Debi of Salina, Lloyd Daniel and wife Brandi Garcia of Miami; grandchildren, Jake Yancey III and wife Alisa, Dawnetta Eby, Michael, Ashley, Emily and Ethan Daniel, Victoria and Grace Garcia and great-grandchildren, Jake IV, Hunter and McKenna Yancey, Cody and Derek Eby and Kennedy Cole Davis; other family members include sister in-law Janice Risman, whom Margie said, "That Janice is quite a girl!"; sister in-law, Alice Cole Longtail of Russellville, AR; brother in-law Lee Cole, that was more like a son than brother in-law, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. The memorial service will be held Friday, January 11, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at the Seventh Day Adventist Church near Ketchum. Arrangements are by the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita.
