Marie Kirkham, 65, a resident of Jay passed away at the Grove Nursing Center on Friday, October 30, 2009. She was born on January 16, 1944 in Eucha, Oklahoma to William and Mary Jane (Fogg) Lawhead. She attended Jay and Wyandotte Schools and later married Bill Kirkham in Miami, Oklahoma. Mrs. Kirkham is preceded in death by her parents William and Mary Jane Lawhead a brother Billy Lawhead and a son Terry Wilson. Survivors include her husband of the home William Kirkham, a son Carl Wilson, three daughters Pam Thomas, Margo Lawhead and Brenda Wilson, a sister Lorene Bunch, Grandchildren are Stephanie Merrilot, Heather Macy, Cassidy Wilson, Brian Sutherland, Terry Wilson, Jackie Conley, Melissa Wilson, great-grandchildren are Spensor Morris, D.J. Macy, Riley Macy, Lewis Loman, Colton Conley and Katlin Merrilot. Chapel services for Marie will be 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Jay.
