Mark Lee Criger, 52, a resident of Grove, OK passed away at St John's Hospital in Joplin, MO after a short battle with cancer. Mark was born on November 21, 1954 in Powell, WY to James R. "Dick" and Betty L. (Robirds) Criger. Mr. Criger graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors Degree in Horticulture this helped make him an OSU fan; he loved all of the sports at OSU although he especially enjoyed their wrestling program. Mark loved to read, loved his dogs and enjoyed gardening which usually included strawberries and asparagus. Survivors include his parents Dick and Betty Criger of Grove, a sister Jeri Williams and her husband Reverend Ben Williams of Oolagah, OK, two brothers Craig Criger and his wife Susan of Grove, Jon Criger and Kathy Johnson of Grove. Nieces and nephews; Bryan Criger, Kayla Criger, Rachel Williams, Elizabeth Williams, Jeremiah Johnson and LeAnn Johnson. The family held a graveside service on Wednesday, April 25, 2007. There will be a memorial service at 10:00 AM Monday, April 30, 2007 at First United Methodist Church in Grove with Reverend Ben Williams and Reverend Randy Hamill officiating.
