Mary Sharp

Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK 918-253-3222. Mary Jane (Blackbear) Sharp age 77, passed away on October 30, 2015 at her home in Jay, OK. Mary was born on March 10, 1938 in Kenwood, OK. She was the daughter of Ed Blackbear & Josie (Redbird) Proctor. Mary was retired from Simmons. She was also of the Baptist Faith and a member of The Brush Creek Baptist Church. Mary loved to spend time with her family, as well as ,quilting, and reading her Bible. She is preceded in death by her parents. Mary is survived by her husband , Thomas Sharp of the home : 3 Daughters, Deeann Kirby, Shelly Hogshooter, and Vickie Pritchett ; 3 Sons, Fred Sharp, Dino Sharp, & Ivan O'Field. 19 Grandchildren & 26 Great Grandchildren. Services will be held at 2pm , Wednesday , November 4, 2015 at Mt. Hermon Church in Jay , OK with Reverends Larry Pritchett & Steve Campbell officiating , with interment to follow at Jumper Cemetery in Jay. Visitation will be Tuesday night from 6-8pm at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay, OK. Pallbearers will be Joe Tanner, Allen Tanner, Nathan Guess, Argyle Sharp, Spencer Tanner, & Jake Williams.
