MeChelle was born in Oklahoma City on May 27, 1967. She enjoyed scrapbooking and traveling to the ocean. Survivors include her daughters Mysti Duwel, Amber Duwel, and Breanna Shambles, sister Robin Foxworth, and grandchildren: Mykenzi Kerr, Jesse Duwel, and Layton Duwel. Memorial services will be 5p.m, Wednesday March 15, 2017 at the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Chapel in Langley. Services are under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home.
