Michael William Hanley, Sr., 56 year old Vinita resident, died Saturday, February 1, 2014. Michael was born in Albany, NY on February 19, 1957 to William and Shirley Hanley. He worked as a farmer/rancher and loved every minute of it. He also enjoyed fishing, skiing, riding horses, and gardening. He adored his family but most of all he loved the Lord. Michael had a kind heart and lived to help and serve others. He attended the Miami First Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his wife Neyma of the home, children: Sara Place and husband Randall of Naples, FL, Meghan Kinser and husband Jesse of Capitan, NM, Michael Hanley, Jr. and wife Cody, Erasmo Ostos, Blanca Ostos, Christina Ostos, and Josue Ostos all of Vinita, grandchildren: Clark Place, Addison Kinser, Charlize Place, and William Hanley III, and sisters: Katie and husband Steve of West Palm Beach, FL and Holly of Sebring, FL. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister Patty. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at the Luginbuel Funeral Chapel with Pastor Raymond Frizzelle officiating.
