Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK 918-253-3222. Michael Wayne Peak, 40 year old Colcord, OK, resident passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2016. Michael was born on February 2, 1975, in Jay, OK, to Dana and Janet (Richardson) Peak. Michael loved cooking and spending time with his kids. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Dana Peak. He is survived by his mother, Janet Peak of Lake Havasu City, AZ; two sons, Sebastian Dana Peak and Gabriel Felix Peak of the home; three daughters, Rosalee Michelle Andrews, Kaitlin Alexis Peak, and MyKala Sue Peak of the home; fiancé, Karla Casey of the home; one brother, James Peak and wife Leslie of Tulsa, OK; one sister, Jana Wood and husband Edward of Tulsa, OK; and Lisa Evans, whom he raised like a child, and her two children who called him "Paw Paw". Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at 2:00 pm at Church of Christ in Colcord, OK. Bro Larry Ellis to officiate. Interment to follow at the family farm. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at the church.
