Michael Eugene Spohn, passed away in Binghamton, NY, on Sunday, November 28, 2012 at the age of 40. Michael was born January 11, 1972 in Siloam Springs, AR the son of the late William E. Spohn and Diane L. (Ingraham) Spohn. Michael grew up in Tulsa, OK. After obtaining his G.E.D., he went through Job Corp to become a welder. Through the years Michael lived in Tulsa and around the Jay, OK area. Recently he joined the Local Union 798 as a welder. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, watching NASCAR, the Dallas Cowboys and the Oklahoma Sooners. He loved his kids very much. He was preceded in death by his father; and grandparents Dick Spohn and Mary Spohn. He is survived by his three children: Alexandria Spohn, Brandon Spohn, and Chloe Spohn; two step children: Parker Silva and Morgan Silva; one brother Jason Spohn and his wife Julie; niece Brittany Spohn; and nephew Wesley Spohn. The funeral service will be held at New Hope Baptist Church on Monday, November 5, 2012 at 2PM with Pastor Jim Hale, presiding. The burial will follow at the Round Springs Cemetery in Eucha, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK. Friends and family may leave notes of encouragement by viewing Michael's Book of Memories at www.honoringmemories.com. Casket bearers will be Sean Hangartner, Richard Beckton, PJ Sample, Mike Tanner, Phil King, and Tim Tucker.
