Millicent "Millie" Deanne (Summerfield) Jackson died at her home surrounded by her family on Wednesday morning May 4, 2011 at the age of 47 years. Millie was born on December 10, 1963 in Gravette, Arkansas to her parents Jess Summerfield and Mary (Davis) Summerfield. She graduated from Colcord schools and attended College at Connors State and Northeastern State University. Millie was a member of Hillside Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending with her family, having cookouts, catching and eating crawdads, and being outdoors. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Lula and Charlie Davis, and Eva Hall. Millie is survived by her loving family; her parents, Jess and Mary Summerfield; sons, Cedrick Grass and Zachary Madison; daughters, Amber Jackson and Azalea Jackson; brothers, Eldon Summerfield and Bug Summerfield; sisters, Shelley Tanner, Kay Summerfield, Jessica Summerfield, and Carolee Tanner; grandchildren, Kemper Basil Jackson and another grandchild on the way; numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many other loving relatives and a host of friends. Visitation will be 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Sunday May 8, 2011 at the Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Monday May 10, 2011 at the First Baptist Church in Jay with Steve Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at Clouds Creek Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home of Jay. Family and Friends may view the obituary online and send condolences at www.honoringmemories.com
