Nina Kirby

Nina Mae Kirby, passed away at the Integris Grove General Hospital, on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at the age of 77. Nina was born December 2, 1935 in Kansas City Mo, the daughter of the late Clarence Everett King and Jerry Mae (Hembree) King. She resided in Grove Ok, for 45 years She worked as a Seamstress in the Upholstery business for most of her life. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church. She loved to spend time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly loved and missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents; and three siblings: Bobbie Austin, Edna Gene, and Darrel King. She is survived by her five children: Betty McDonald and her husband David of Miami, OK, Jesse King of Grove, OK, Leon King of Grove, OK, Henreyetta Barnard of Grove, OK, and Collina Kirby of Grove, OK; nine grandchildren: Kenny King and his wife Kristen of Carthage, MO, Alene Coan and her husband Mike of Willard, MO, Donna Shirly of Miami, OK, Lora Whisenhunt and her husband Chris of Claremore, OK, Nichole Schlumbecht of Grove, OK, Alex Schlumbecht of Grove, OK, T.J. Barnard and his wife Cory of Grove, OK, Mike Barnard and his wife Hillary of Grove, OK, Derick Barnard of Grove, OK, and Lannie Barnard of Grove, OK; 13 great grandchildren; , Isabella, Keegan, Leya, Jordan, Aidan, Liam, Mikeal, Curtis, Racheal, Jayden, Maggie, Kinsley, Navella, one sister Ruth Moody of Grove, OK; three brothers:Gene Hembree of Warsaw Mo, Allen Wright of Joplin Mo, and Terry Wright of Kansas City Mo; and a host of other relatives and friends. The memorial service will be held at the Bible Baptist Church on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 11AM with Rev. Guy Morrow, presiding. The burial of ashes will be on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 2PM at the New Salem Cemetery in Neosho, MO. A public viewing and visitation will be from 6PM to 8PM at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, OK on Wednesday, February 6, 2013.
