Nora Davis

Nora Davis, a resident of Adair died at her home early Saturday morning August 9, 2008. She was born October 3, 1926 in Afton, Oklahoma the daughter of Marvin G. Kinzer and Ethel M. Ward Kinzer. Nora was reared and educated in Afton, then moved to Tulsa where she was employed for many years with Douglas Aircraft. In 1970 her and her husband Douglas moved to the Adair community. Nora enjoyed dancing, fishing, traveling, and was a member of the Eastern Star in Catoosa. Above all, Nora loved her family. She was a loving wife, sister, aunt, and friend. Nora is survived by her husband Douglas Z. Davis of the home, one step-son Zane Davis of Altaloma, CA, two sisters, Helen Whitesell of Claremore, OK, Galelah Dowell of Fairland, OK, one brother Robert Kinzer of Verdigris, OK, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Tuesday August 12, 2008 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Langley. Graveside services will be held Wednesday August 13, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt.
