Patsy Allen

Patsy Ruth Allen, age 67, a longtime resident of the Disney area died Saturday November 28, 2009 at her home near Disney. She was born February 12, 1942 in Weatherford, OK the daughter of Hershel and Ivy Drake. She was raised and educated In the Weatherford area moving to the Disney area in 1972 where she worked as a waitress at Frosty and Edna's for several years and managed the Disney Dandy for over three years. She and John Allen were united in marriage in December of 2002 in Arkansas and made their home near Disney. Pat loved fishing and playing bingo. Pat is survived by her husband John of the home, one son, James "Red" Smith of Disney, OK, two brothers, Billy Drake, Jimmy Drake and one sister Mildred Cooper, several step children and numerous step grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday December 2, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home in Langley With pastor Justin Turner officiating.
