Shortly after graduating from Haskell Institute in Lawrence, Kansas, Patsy went to work for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and AT&T when they merged together. Patsy and her husband Billy started the Green Country Pool League for both men and women teams that traveled to many states and tournaments. Patsy was the top shooter on the women's team and won many trophies. Along the trail she met Minnesota Fats and had their picture taken together. She loved camping at pow wows but mostly loved her Shawnee ceremonial dances and stomp dances when her grandchildren participated in those events. She also enjoyed camping at the lake and fishing for crappie. Her most favorite hobby was going to casinos to push buttons and especially liked the Quapaw Casino. If you asked her why, she would say, "the restroom, I didn't have to fight with the paper seat covers", There are so many endless stories to tell about Patsy who lived life to the fullest.
