Phillip Allen Sebert Jr., 34year old Nowata resident passed away August 27, 2017 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa. He was born April 12, 1983 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Phillip Allen Sebert Sr., and Rhonda Elizabeth (Mehl) Sebert. Phillip was a 2003 graduate of Nowata High School. He worked at several jobs but mostly was a meat cutter for a packing plant. On October 31, 2012 he married Tammy Fowler in Miami, Oklahoma. Phillip enjoyed being outdoors, listening to music, playing games like horseshoes, and dancing. He was always striving to make other people happy. Phillip loved and cared very much for his family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him. Phillip is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Harry Sebert. He is survived by his wife Tammy and his children Eva and Olivia Sebert all of Enid; his parents, Phillip Allen Sebert Sr. and Rhonda Elizabeth Sebert, both of Nowata; paternal grandmother Pansy Sebert of Nowata; maternal grandparents Jim Mehl and Laura Stansbury; siblings, Carri Badillo of Waxahachie, Texas and Casey Sebert of North Fork, Nebraska; nephews Jason Jones, Nathan Mehl, Nicky and Alex Badillo; many other relatives and a host of friends.
