Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita, 918-256-5555, -- Ralph William Moseley, 91 year old rural Vinita rancher, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at the Craig General Hospital in Vinita. He was born on August 18, 1924 in Pensacola to Dee and Melissa Jane (Holland) Moseley. Ralph served his country in the United States Navy from August of 1943 to March of 1946 during World War II, he was a Seaman First Class. He married Billie Jean Skinner on May 21, 1955 in Bartlesville, she preceded him in death on October 15, 1997. Ralph was a member of the American Legion Dale Peace Post #40 in Vinita. He owned and operated his cattle ranch most all his life, it was his passion, and he also loved to hunt. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and brother's, Buford, Cile, Jewell, Hollis and Manford Moseley. The family includes his children; Randy Moseley and girlfriend Staci Kay of Vinita, Tracie J. Kidd and husband Ken of Cleora; a brother, Roy Moseley of Bernice; grandchildren, Holly K. Allen and husband Brandon of Moore, OK, Hillary L. McSpadden and husband Luke of Big Cabin; great-grandchild, Reed T. Allen of Moore, also numerous other relatives and friends survive. The funeral service for Ralph W. Moseley will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Vinita, with Pastor Stephen Nation officiating.
