Raymond Nathaniel Wilson, Sr., of Wyandotte, Oklahoma died Thursday, February 7, 2008 at the Claremore Indian Hospital in Claremore, Oklahoma. He was born June 11, 1955 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Tommy Wilson and Lena Goodmoney. He was a general laborer. He is survived by his mother Lena Roof, son Brent Wilson daughter Thera Basinger, former wife Christine Wilson, grandchildren Jacob and Mariah Basinger and Aron Wilson, sisters Rita Daniels and husband Kevin of Peggs, Oklahoma, Candace Howard and husband Clifton of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Glorena "Susie" Russell and husband Steve Virginia, brother Frank Roof and wife Martha of Tahlequah, Duane Cearley and the Cearley Family. Raymond was preceded in death by his father Tommy Wilson, son Raymond Wilson, Jr., grandfather Alonzo Goodmoney, grandmother Sallie Squirrel and Irene and Ward Cearley. Funeral services for Raymond Nathaniel Wilson, Sr. will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral home in Jay, Oklahoma with Reverend Jimmy Muskrat presiding. Interment will follow at New Eucha Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 11, 2008. Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home of Jay, Oklahoma is in charge of arrangements.
