Reva Margaret Scott, 86, a resident of Vinita passed away at Craig General Hospital on Wednesday, December 13, 2006. She was born on January 1, 1920 in Lone Jack, Missouri in Jefferson County to Floyd George and Ruby Margaret (Overton) Shurtleff. Reva had lived in the Langley and Ketchum area since 1966, and had lived the last few years in Vinita. She was a member of the Lakeside Garden Club and Grand Lake Realtors Association. She worked at the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home in Langley from 1988 until 1998, she also worked many years for the Shurtleff Real Estate Agency. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Vinita. Preceding her in death were her parents Floyd and Ruby Shurtleff, her husband Bill Smith in 1957, her husband Theodore "Ted" Scott in 1997, her daughter Connie Allen, a son in law Ralph Pennington and a sister Helen Goetz. Survivors include her Daughter Donna and her husband Bruce Goulet of Lakewood, CO, a daughter Sharon Kohler and her husband Dan of Vinita, a brother Leonard Shurtleff of Grand Junction, CO, a sister Wilma Hayes of Oklahoma City, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 16, 2006 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home in Vinita, OK with Reverend Bob Johns officiating. Interment will follow in the Ketchum Cemetery.
