Rhoda Flower

Benjamin Funeral Service - Rhoda Bell Flower, 84 year old Delaware resident, passed away August 29, 2014 at The Journey Home Hospice House in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She was born May 21, 1930, to Leonard and Rebecca Pierce. She was educated in the Nowata School System and later married George Flower. They had three children, George, Robert, and Donna. Rhoda traveled with her husband for twenty years around the oil fields and trucking. She enjoyed liquid embroidery, playing games on the computer, and sewing. She loved flowers and being outdoors. Rhoda was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be truly missed. Preceding Mrs. Flower in death are her parents, Leonard and Rebecca Pierce, her husband, George Flower, and a brother, Orie Joe Pierce. Survivors include her children, George Edward Flower of Delaware, Robert L. Flower of Delaware, Donna R. Flower of Nowata, eleven grandchildren, thirty two great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren, a brother Robert Pierce, many other relatives and a host of friends.
