Richard Carney, 72, a resident of Bartlesville, passed away Monday, in the Jane Phillips Medical Center. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Washington County SPCA, 16620 State Highway 123, Bartlesville, Ok 74003, or to the First Presbyterian Church of Bartlesville, 505 SE Dewey, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74003. Funeral Services for Mr. Carney will be held on Monday December 29, 2008 at the First Presbyterian Church of Bartlesville with The Rev. Andrew S. Odom officiating.
